Veggie Farfalle

* Spinach
* Asparagus (cut into 1/2" length)
* Zucchini (thinly sliced)
* Yellow squash (thinly sliced)
* Ricotta cheese (amount is optional, about 2T.)
* Zest of a lemon
* Olive oil
* Garlic (crushed or chopped)
* Crushed red pepper flakes
* Fresh parsley
Saute all veggies in the olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes,
boil the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Mix all ingredients
in a bowl.
Serve...BON APPETIT!
Amount of each ingredient is optional
